Vuraya Cafe Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Vuraya Cafe' (referred to herein as "the Company," "Vuraya," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding legal agreement between Vuraya and you, governing your use of Vuraya.com, your digital storefront, and your participation in the Vuraya Cafe' Independent Partner Program.

By registering as an Independent Partner, purchasing a digital franchise, or marketing Vuraya products, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Independent Partner Status & Requirements

Independent Contractor: All individuals who enroll in the Vuraya Cafe' distribution model are independent contractors and shall be known exclusively as "Partners". Partners are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal partners of the Company.

Core Qualifications: To maintain active standing and remain eligible for residual matrix payouts, level overrides, and lifestyle milestones, a Partner must meet and maintain the minimum requirement of 4 Personal Customers and 4 Personal Partners.

Product Maintenance: Partners must remain active with their personal product consumption or customer retail rules based on the standard unit cost of $39.95.

2. Digital Storefront & Franchise Enrollment Options

To access the proprietary back-office system, loaded tea distribution networks, gourmet coffee inventories, and tracking software, Partners must choose one of the following launch options:

Standard Full Launch: A one-time enrollment fee of $495.00.

Installment Program: An installment option structured at $41.25 per month for a term of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Failure to complete timely monthly payments under the installment option may result in immediate suspension of digital storefront access and forfeiture of accumulated organizational volume.

3. Compensation Structure & Lifestyle Rewards Payouts

All commissions, bonuses, and matrix overrides are governed strictly by the official Vuraya Cafe' Compensation Plan:

Partner Acquisition Bonus: A flat $150.00 cash bonus is awarded for every new personal Partner who completes a franchise enrollment launch. This bonus has no maximum cap and may be earned an unlimited number of times.

Unlimited Car and Home Bonus: A combined lifestyle reward of $1,000.00 cash is triggered for every $100,000 in accumulated organizational sales volume within a single calendar month. This bonus stacks infinitely (e.g., $200,000 in volume yields $2,000; $300,000 in volume yields $3,000) with no maximum monthly restriction.

Global Profit Sharing Pool: Partners who generate and sustain a minimum of $2,500,000 in organizational sales volume within a single calendar month qualify to participate in a pro-rata share of five percent (5%) of entire company global profits.

The 9-Level Residual Matrix: Residual commissions are paid out geometrically across a 9-level tier based on standard product purchases. Volume resets on the first day of each calendar month for milestone calculations, while geometric down-line networks build continuously.

4. Income, Branding, & Marketing Disclaimers

Earnings Disclaimer: No income guarantees are made by Vuraya Cafe'. Any illustrations, tables, or marketing charts depicting the "Power of 4" duplication matrix represent a perfect geometric model. Actual real-world compensation is strictly tied to legitimate product sales volume, personal team consistency, and market performance.

Brand Asset Presentation: Partners are permitted to use official Vuraya corporate logos, imagery (including approved disposable cup branding), and promotional materials for marketing purposes. Partners may not modify company logos or register domain names containing the name "Vuraya" or "Vuraya Cafe'" without explicit, written corporate authorization.

High-Energy Presentation Standards: When using video content, lifestyle marketing, or showcasing imagery of travel, nice homes, nice cars, or time freedom, Partners must transparently communicate the effort required and append the official earnings disclaimer to prevent misleading prospective Partners.

5. Termination, Cross-Sponsoring, & General Terms

Cross-Sponsoring Prohibition: To maintain the network integrity of Vuraya, Partners are strictly prohibited from soliciting, cross-sponsoring, or recruiting active Vuraya Partners into any other network marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM) business venture.

Suspension and Cancellation: Vuraya reserves the right to terminate or suspend any digital storefront or Partner account for violations of these Terms and Conditions, unethical marketing behavior, or non-payment of installment obligations.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with corporate regulations, ensuring fair business practices across all national and international distribution channels.
